No precise location tracking: The App does not collect your device’s GPS location. If you search by a city, ZIP code, or address you type, that input is used solely to perform the search.
No advertising identifiers: We do not use targeted advertising or share advertising IDs.
No behavioral tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites.

3. Information the App May Process

To provide search results and maps, the App may process:

Search queries you type (e.g., city, ZIP, or school name) to return relevant results.
Basic, aggregated diagnostics (e.g., crash logs or performance metrics) provided by your device operating system or app store solely to improve reliability. These diagnostics do not include your personal identity.

Search inputs are used only to fulfill your request and are not stored in a way that identifies you.

4. Data Sources

School information presented in the App is sourced from public datasets, including NCES. We are not affiliated with NCES or the U.S. Department of Education. Data may lag behind current conditions; please verify details with schools or districts.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The mobile App does not use third-party cookies. It may use minimal on-device storage to save your non-personal preferences (e.g., last viewed search area or filters). These preferences remain on your device.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may display maps or link to external sites for more information. Your use of those services is governed by their own policies. We do not share personal information with third parties because we do not collect it.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
