At Erganaa ("we", "our", or "us"), we prioritize your privacy and the security of your business operations. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data within the Erganaa application.

1. Local-First Architecture

Erganaa is designed as an offline-first professional tool. All data you enter into the app—including client profiles, project details, hardware configurations, and generated PDF quotes—is stored locally on your device using Apple's native databases. We do not transmit, collect, or store your business data on external servers.

2. Device Permissions & Hardware Usage

To provide core application features, Erganaa requests access to the following device capabilities:

• Camera & ARKit (TrueDepth/LiDAR): Used exclusively in real-time to scan rooms for 3D blueprinting and to project AR equipment simulations. We do not record or transmit your camera feed. Processing happens entirely on-device.
• Photo Library: Used to save generated PDF proposals and 3D floor plan images to your device, and to allow you to upload site photos to project galleries.
• Local Network: May be used to interface with connected smart hardware on the local job site. We do not use this to track your location or network traffic.

3. Third-Party Tracking

Erganaa is a premium B2B utility. We do not use third-party advertising frameworks, behavioral trackers, or data brokers. Your business data remains your own.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your data is stored locally on your iPad, you retain complete control over it. You can delete specific projects, clients, or clear all application data by deleting the app from your device.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce cloud-syncing capabilities or backend services in future updates, we will update this policy and notify you prior to those changes taking effect.
