Acceptance of Terms

By using the Blood Pressure Tracker iOS App (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Health Information: The App is designed to help you monitor your blood pressure and other health metrics. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider for any health-related decisions.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use to access the App and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
